Teal One PX4 Airframe Configuration

To build and run upstream PX4 firmware on the Teal One. Use the 4250_teal airframe configuration.

The Teal One is based on a Pixracer px4fmu-v4 design.

There is an added ultrasonic rangefinder pointing down. That is the PGA460 driver.

The Accel/Gyro MPU6500 is on a flex pcb with an active heater. That uses the heater driver.

There is also a smart battery that uses the batt_smbus driver.
